Colorado State Trooper Injured In Crash

A Colorado state patrol trooper was injured in a two vehicle crash during the snowstorm on Wednesday April 10, 2019.

How did the crash occur?

According to an article posted by CBS 4 Denver the crash occurred while state patrol trooper James Proctor was pulled off on the side of the road in Mancos. A second car slammed into his car, although it is unknown whether road conditions were a factor in causing the crash.

Did any injuries occur as a result of the accident?

Yes. Officer Proctor suffered injuries to the head and neck, however it is unknown how severe they were. The other driver also suffered injuries although it is unknown what type or how severe they were as well.
