The attorneys filed the motions as they anticipate Taxtotere’s manufacturer Sanofi-Aventus to pull out all the stops in trying to change the nature of the trial to reflect more on the tactics of their legal team rather than the individuals who have been affected by the drug.
No Warning
The plaintiffs who brought the suit against Sanofi-Aventus are claiming that the manufacturer did not disclose that permanent hair loss could be a side effect of using the drug. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) made this change aware to the public after having the company change the product label in 2015.
