Stephen A. Justino is a personal injury attorney with 32 years legal experience. He has represented the victims of car crashes, truck crashes, motorcycle crashes, slip and fall accidents, dog attacks, liquor liability cases, traumatic brain injury cases, spinal cord injury cases and wrongful death cases. Mr. Justino, who served in the U.S. Army, as a lawyer in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corp from 1986 – 1992, is recognized, in Colorado, for handling negligence claims against the United States of America arising under the Federal Torts Claims Act. Professor Tom Russell, who teaches Tort Law at the Sturm College of Law, at the University of Denver, said: “When I teach the Federal Torts Claims Act, what I say to the students it this: ‘Write this down in your notes – Call Steve Justino.” Mr. Justino is admitted to practice in Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Mr. Justino graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in 1981 with a Political Science Major. He graduated from the Syracuse University College of Law, with a Juris Doctor degree, in 1985.
